Free From Perfect

teaserAn autobiographical book of wisdom which was inspired by the author's triumph over eating disorders and a poor self-image.  This book was written with the intention of helping women of all ages come to terms with the ever present pressures of society to be perfect in size, weight, and image.  Eileen  provides answers to the complicated side of the many issues that accompanied her experience with weight loss, eating disorders and an unhealthy body image.

About the Author

EileenFrontPageSmallEileen Palazzolo is a graduate of Plymouth State University.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Theatrical Arts.  Eileen graduated with high honors and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi.  She has been teaching the Free method since 1999.  In addition she is a gymnastics coach and a fitness instructor.  Eileen resides on the coast of New Hampshire and is married with three sons.

Eileenism: n. - The belief that all persons have the innate capacity to exceed well beyond their preconceived physical and mental limitations.

Eileen Palazzolo's path to author wasn't one of a burning desire to write, but one to share a way out of a destructive cycle, all too common in the United States.

The ah-ha moment came while watching an "Oprah" show. It was yet another focused on weight, diet and body image, an issue Palazzollo had found peace with after years of struggle. But what she saw that day prompted her to write "Free from Perfect."
